In her first year in real estate, Bev’s sales exceeded $1,000,000. She has been a multimillion-dollar top producer at Carol Jones Realtors every year since then.

When Holly Stenger began working full-time in real estate five years ago, she saw that a team approach would work best for her clients. She envisioned a group of women who each had a defined role and worked together under her leadership to provide top-quality service. That was the birth of The Stenger Group. Since its formation, The Stenger Group has been in the top five producers in sales at Carol Jones Realtors. In 2005, the group had $20,000,000 in sales.

Holly prides herself on prompt and reliable service, skills she developed from working in business as well as clinical psychology. She listens to what clients want, a trait not found in many real estate agents.

Stacey Gold, a licensed attorney and real estate agent, completes The Stenger Group. A native Springfieldian, Stacy uses her real estate knowledge, legal expertise and compassion to serve all of the clients of The Stenger Group. Her charity work, from the boards of the Missouri Victims Center to the Springfield Regional Ballet, exemplifies her strong commitment to the city and its people. Stacey’s contributions to The Stenger Group often involve providing support and back-up to the other members of the team.
